General advice
Rub in before and after working or training strenuously. When working or training, apply whenever pain occurs or increases.
When treating recent injuries, noticeable improvement should be evident within 24 hours. Should the problem be a chronic or long-standing one, improvement should be noticed after two or three days.

Injuries
When a strain, sprain, pulled muscle or similar injury has occurred, apply generously to the injured part. Repeat as often as needed. To achieve best possible result, apply thick layer of cream cover with compress, leave over night.

Chronic muscle pain
Should there be a long history of pain in muscles or joints, apply several times a day. Apply generous amount cover with compress leave overnight. Remember that a long-standing problem will not disappear overnight. After a few days an improvement should be noticed.
